The University of Chichester is a modern, forward-looking university in one of the most beautiful parts of England: the West Sussex coastal plain roughly 70 miles south of London. It has two campuses: one in the historic city of Chichester; one in the popular seaside resort of Bognor Regis. It hosts around 5,500 students and international students from around the world.

The university’s vision revolves around the concept of “opportunity for all”: the idea that higher education should be accessible to anybody, irrespective of age, ethnicity, handicap, or family background. As its motto – “Be Inspired. Be Original. Be You” – suggests, the University aims to empower students, regardless of their background, to become independent and confident, and to express their ideas freely.
