English language
Whether you want to develop a basic knowledge of the English language, get familiar with everyday expressions or want to understand complex English text and abstract topics, this course has a lot to offer in order to help you develop your English. These classes are mainly intended for students who normally live outside of the UK and speak a language other than English at home. These courses are suitable for students preparing for Higher Education, vocational courses in the UK, and for those who wish to improve their general English skills (exams are optional).

A Levels and University level courses
You can get a Degree by studying a better supported course at a lower cost. And if you don’t have the grades to start a university level course, we can offer the A levels instead.
With courses in everything from Graphic Design and Policing, to Music Production and Construction, there’s something for just about everyone. Better yet, all of our courses focus on giving you the skills you need to find the job you want. You can apply on UCAS or directly by sending your documents at international.office@sheffcol.ac.uk

Groups of students
We arrange cultural and study exchange programmes, which give students the chance to build on their learning abroad, and provide partner institutions with the opportunity for students to experience life in England.
Visas and Accommodation:
We work hard to ensure that every student’s stay is as enjoyable and rewarding as possible. A specialist team from the International Office can offer advice on our courses, visa applications and provide you with accommodation with a local host family.
